Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberry History I created these delicious treats when I was in my 20's living in Louisville,KY. They were created off my love for "Strawberry Cheesecake". One day I wanted to make something other than my usual mini strawberries cheesecakes desserts with the store bought graham cracker tins, strawberries and no bake cheesecake filling.I got this idea from cream cheese stuffed mini tomatoes but instead of cream cheese I would use cheesecake and instead of tomatoes I'll use strawberries.I made these for years for friends, family and neighbors who told me I should start selling them.I was totally against the idea and scared they would not sell. I also was not ready for a Sweets Business.I posted pictures of them on Twitter and MySpace. (I know I'm showing my age.Lol) Little did I know that they went Viral.(before "Going Viral" was a thing.Lol. ) Since I made my 2011 post on social media, I have seen them everywhere from local Sweet Makers ,Cooking Shows and now in Cook Books,I still smile everytime I see them somewhere. I also sell my upgraded version of these delicious treats on my website.
